About me
Summary
I’m a Lead Software Engineer in Test based in Europe with a strong foundation in computer science from the Poznań University of Technology. Over the past five years, I’ve worked across a wide range of products — from widely used public-facing websites to complex internal systems — ensuring quality, stability, and performance at every stage of the software lifecycle.
Current
I currently guide a team of automation engineers, where I design and implement scalable testing frameworks, drive test strategy, and introduce best practices across multiple teams and products. I’m especially passionate about building high-impact tools and ensuring quality in highly regulated environments and challenging projects.
Approach
My approach combines strong technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and a sharp focus on delivery. I believe quality is not just a phase — it’s embedded into the entire development process. I advocate for shift-left testing, test automation as code, and tight integration of QA into CI/CD pipelines. My goal is always the same: to ship high-quality, high-value software that scales with the business.
Philosophy
I’m a strong believer in using cutting-edge, performant, and maintainable solutions — and in continuously evolving engineering practices to support long-term growth and innovation. I believe quality is not just a checkbox or a final phase — it must be embedded from the ground up. That means starting with quality in mind during architecture planning and system design. I find that broad technical knowledge — from infrastructure to code — is essential for identifying risks early and ensuring sustainable, testable systems.
